Mr. Andrew Berman

Dear Mr. Berman:
In accordance with our recent meeting, I give you the following information:
Because Students for a Democratic Society published on April 14, 1966 and on April 21, l966 THE ACTIVIST in violation of the regulations concerning House Organs in the Manual of Policies and Procedures for Student Activities, I have placed the organization Students for a Democratic Society on disciplinary probation until the end of the Spring Semester of 1967.
Disciplinary probation means that Students for a Democratic Society are expected to observe all rules, regulations, and procedures established by the College in its regulatory role over student activities. Any violation during the probationary period can result in disciplinary action against the organization and/or its officers.I hope that Students for a Democratic Society will observe the terms of the disciplinary probation and continue to function in ways which will make positive contributions to our program of student activities at the College.
Sincerely yours,
James R. Kreuzer
