42 Q.C. Students Arrested on Campus
This Morning at 2:30 a.m. 42 Queens College students were arrested by over 500 helmeted, T.P.F. policemen.
These students were part of the 700 students who had been peacefully occupying the administrative wing of the S.S. building.
The students were there in protest of growing political suppression at the college as witnessed by the arbitrary suspension of three students, and the firing of D. Sheila Delaney (Eng)
Police have no Business being on the College Campus.
Outside Rally- Dome- 1 P.M.
The rally will be held to protest the presence of police on the campus, and to demand administration acceptance of student demands.
The demands are: (1) Reinstate the three students
(2)Drop all charges against them
(3) Rehire Sheila Delaney
(4) Revoke the Max-Kahn secrecy report
Police provide real threat to all members of the College Community !!!
Come to the Rally at 1 P.M. at the Dome
It is being held in your interest!
